Chemical Industry Exploring Local Resources & Construction Partner for Construction Site Support Visiting Client Location for inputs during Proposal / Awarded Project Stage Willing for short term deputation at Client Location based on requirement Working closely with respective stakeholders (Pre-Sales/Sales/Delivery/Client) Updated with federal/state safety codes & regulations for proper interpretation & application Updated with Safety Local Regulations, OSHA 300, Other.
Support on estimates for new construction, sustaining projects and for field turnaround type projects Follow up with site for monitoring progress Proposal Effort MH Estimate for Construction Engineering & Management with Deployment Plan Participate in weekly meeting in contractor/Client Frequent site visit for monitoring progress.
Support for Construction Quality document/safety documents etc Participation & Guiding team from constructability issue during design phase.
Governance of project with respect to cost, schedule and Quality.
Co coordinating meeting with contractor for review of progress and site issue.
Attending meeting with client for discussing progress of project.
Defining roles & responsibility of CM team (RACI) & deployment of joint team Co-ordinate with India PM & EM for design related queries Follow escalation mechanism to address any critical issues.
Assist to client for finalizing the contractor, material vendor Good communication and management skills Be organized and structured in his works Recommended Skills Communication Construction Consumer Packaged Goods Governance Leadership Pharmaceuticals Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
