The Assistant Product Line Strategist will serve as the product owner for the business unit, responsible for all aspects of product from inception to launch.
Responsibilities Include:
Make assortment recommendations based on current performance and/or white space opportunities.
Initiate all new product development for the business unit, clearly communicating needs to the platform.
Evaluate all non-stock product requests.
Create business cases & product requirements for new development.
Consistently communicate with platform during product development.
Review & approve new product costing, samples, specifications and changes.
Serve as the main point of contact for consultants, CSRs, estimating, project management for all product needs (includes general inquiries, value engineering order entry, etc.
) Responsible for data entry as needed (process PRFs, data # setups).
Collaborate with marketing as needed on new product launches.
Participate in sales training.
Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's Degree required.

years sales, marketing, project or product management experience.
Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Work effectively under pressure with little direction.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills required.
Ability to travel as needed.
