Product Owner
Responsibilities Work with the Product Manager/Business Unit Lead and other key stakeholders to understand the customer experience vision and create, manage, and prioritize an actionable Product backlog including a set of epics, features, and user stories so that it is reflective of the vision.
Serve as the liaison between business user stakeholders and the development team to ensure the solution meets the business needs to maximize delivery of business value and priority.
Participate in all Scrum ceremonies and lead the sprint review.
Creates and manages scrum-board to document detailed stories with acceptance criteria and manages these stories through development in an agile process.
Assist the Product Manager with the acceptance testing strategy.
Collaborates with the business to create, facilitate, and execute user acceptance test plans and test cases.
Act as a business analyst in unknown areas that may require additional investigation and develop process flow where necessary.
Skills Required Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Owner in an Agile project structure and Scrum framework Experience with digital customer transformation Extensive experience with the software development lifecycle and working closely with software engineering.
Experience with AZDO is a preference Product Owner certification is a preference Outstanding interpersonal skills to interact effectively with internal and external contacts to provide or exchange information and identify and resolve complex issues.
Ability to effectively debate for or against project changes and influence/ negotiate effectively at all levels.
Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills including demonstrated experience presenting project recommendations from a business perspective.
Credibly communicates complex topics to stakeholders.
Anticipates customer or project needs and communicate potential solutions.
