This position is eligible for a $1500 sign-on bonus!!
Responsibilities:
As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work closely with the Physical Therapist to establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans.
As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, the ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily is necessary and the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
Graduate of an accredited school for Physical Therapy Assistants and hold a valid license for the state of Ohio.
Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving skills, and basic math skills.
Effective interpersonal skills with strong focus on customer service.
Proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office:
Word, Excel and Outlook.
Able to work flexible hours and some weekends and holidays.
