00 Hourly SUMMARY A small Greater Cincinnati law firm looking for a legal marketing coordinator to work locally.
Two years' experience in legal marketing is desired.
Existing marketing strategy in place; job will initially consist of managing and implementation with some opportunity to assist in further strategic development.
Applicant will create and monitor benchmarks for vendors.
Client and vendor interaction expected via virtual and in-person media.
Applicants should provide writing samples, as well as social media content creation examples, and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Applicant must be able to create video and photo content for internet production.
Hours are generally 9am to 5pm with flex scheduling available.
Hourly wage negotiable based upon experience and education.
Position includes multiple fringe benefits.
JOB DESCRIPTION Fostering and participating in the development and implementation of strategic plans and budgets.
Collecting and organizing representative matters, client lists and industry/geographic experience for use in practice area marketing efforts.
Oversight of development of brochures, reprints and other collateral relevant to the practice area for general marketing purposes.
Managing the regular update of Web marketing content, including practice area descriptions, attorney biographies, and related news items.
Managing all third-party sponsorship agreements, including research and advice.
Liaison with all outsourced marketing vendors.
Responsible for setting and monitoring benchmarks for all marketing campaigns.
o Includes assessing ROI for campaigns.
o Includes assessing acquisition costs for practice areas.
o This anticipates both external campaigns with vendors and internal campaigns.
Reviewing all marketing expenditures against budget.
o Responsible for approving costs sent to bookkeeping.
o Responsible for challenging costs outside of budget.
o Responsible for creating annual budget in conjunction with firm ownership and vendors.
Creating and following an annual media calendar.
Creating website content:
video, image, and written.
o Use Avvo.
com questions or answerthepublic.
com for blog post ideas.
o Revise all employee bios on the website to narrate personal hardship overcome.
o Research SEO keywords for best writing approach.
Creating social media content.
Generating ideas for repurposing existing content into multiple platforms for multiple engagements.
Creating outreach items using existing client lists.
o Target likely referral sources including but not limited to law firms, chiropractors, auto body shops, unions, etc.
Seeking out reviews for websites including but not limited to:
Google, Avvo, Yelp, Thervo, Thumbtack, Lawyers.
com, etc.
o Manage LSA verified reviews.
Pulling information from public resources to add to mailing lists.
Assisting with Intake overflow when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS Very strong organizational skills and an ability to prioritize and complete simultaneous projects with minimal supervision.
Experience working independently as well as within cross-functional teams in a collaborative, professional environment.
Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
An ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience in Interaction or other customer relationship programs highly desirable (ie:
Clio).
Sound professional judgment.
HOURS The employee is required to arrive to work Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:
30AM- 9:
00AM and leave between the hours of 5:
00PM-5:
30PM.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
