The Firm Portfolio Management Office (Firm PMO) is an enterprise-level, strategic portfolio management office that serves as a critical link between enterprise vision and the work of the firm. It aims to provide a standard organizational methodology for planning, executing, staffing, prioritizing, and learning from all efforts that comprise the firm's portfolio. The Firm Portfolio Analytics Consultant works closely with the Firm PMO Analysis Manager and key stakeholders throughout the firm to identify, collect, visualize, and analyze data specific to the Firm's Portfolio of Investments. The analysis includes, but is not limited to, portfolio and initiative risk assessment, benefits ROI, firm-wide resource management, etc. which inform the health of the Firm Portfolio. Key
Responsibilities:
Establish, maintain, and govern the relationship between Firm PMO and other key stakeholders relative to Firm Resource Management Establish, maintain, and govern the process to assess accuracy of portfolio and resource data in alignment with Firm Resource Management guidance Produce robust dashboards centered on team and portfolio health using industry tools to inform decision making Deliver analysis, insights, and recommendations relative to Firm and Business Segment OKRs and KPIs Optimize and improve existing business intelligence options Support and improve existing Firm portfolio analysis processes in partnership with the FPMO Portfolio and Governance functions Identify staffing needs to ensure and balance the availability of the required skills and competencies across project, program, and product teams within the portfolio At Edward Jones, we value and respect our associates and their contributions, and we recognize individual efforts through a rewards program that promotes a long-term career, financial security and well-being. to learn more about our total compensation approach, which in addition to base salary, typically includes benefits, bonuses and profit sharing. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Statistics, or comparable work experience 4
years of relevant progressive experience in resource management and/or data visualization Working knowledge of business intelligence practices in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools Working knowledge of statistical modeling practices in R or similar tools Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas, instructions, and information effectively in both verbal and written form Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to understand and partner with others in a matrix organization to deliver the right results and inform senior leader decisions CERTIFICATIONS:
Scrum Master Certification preferred PROSCII Certification preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent preferred Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
Salary Range:
$80K -- $150K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine Learning, IT ConsultingEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
