Position Description:
o 4
year of development experience on Adobe Campaign Standard/Classic including 1
year in design and architecture of Adobe Campaign. Exposure o Capable of designing solution on injecting customer profile data (flat files) from 3rd party system into Adobe Campaign data model o 4 years of hands-on Java/J2EE software development experience o 5
year of experience in translating functional/non-functional requirements to system requirements. o Should have a good communication skill to play a role of track lead and interact with adobe consultants o Should have first-class hands-on experience in developing campaign workflows (simple and complex) in Adobe Campaign, to suit various business scenarios o Should have experience in working on data models and data synchronization with external CRM systems o Should have strong analytical bend of mind and in-depth data analyzing capabilities o Should be ROI driven, and day to day work should align with the KPIs as identified o Should have experience in optimizing and evaluating customer campaigns (i.e., segmentation, predictive response models, etc.) as well as a strong knowledge of online marketing and/or CRM best practices o Experience with Digital Analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), Tag Management Solutions (GTM), A/B testing frameworks o Engineering Degree or Related experience o Prior experience with Adobe Campaign management and analytics tools Your future duties and
Responsibilities:
o Ability to design/architect custom campaign data model based on requirements o Ability to design advanced automated campaigns for channels like email, sms leveraging data insight captured via AMC integrations o To strategize and guide cross department Adobe campaigns o Ability to work with multiple departments and see how they can work in synergy with one another o To be able to define frameworks for Analytics dashboards and be able to come up with metrics that the departments should be looking at to derive value from the raw data o Should be able to construct a cost benefit statement for the campaigns run and taking the data from analytics dashboards o Devise integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers o Work on overall campaign strategy including cross sell / up sell campaigns, and building out multi-channel campaign ideas o Ability to implement campaign workflow orchestration, email delivery and implement customization in workflow activities Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
o Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. o 10
years of experience with Information Technology. o Experience in Adobe Campaign Standard/Classic.
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Systems Architecture & Engineering, Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
