The Brand Director, Digital Marketing Leader is an instrumental and critical role that leverages digital marketing to help build the next generation of billion-dollar brands at P&G. This leader is responsible for the development and integration of digital marketing channels for new branded products that are being developed by P&G Ventures. This role will lead the development and execution of in-market testing, marketing strategies and campaigns for varying audiences through a deep understanding and application of digitally driven customer insights, with the goal of validating business models and customer communication for new brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS In-Market Learning:
Working with cross-functional partners, develops and implements test plans utilizing digital channels to validate learning hypothesis and uncover key consumer messaging and product insights critical to continued success of our lean innovation programs. Leads digital learning plans and tactics for learning with cross-functional innovation teams. Digital Marketing Strategy:
Designs and executes a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for digital channels through effective consideration of competitive intelligence, key product insights, and consumer feedback. Elevates quality of consumer insights through the effective use of technology, marketing automation, experience mapping, and embedded business analytics. Channel Development:
Leads creation and refinement of digital marketing campaigns that are integrated across channels. Develops strategies and commercial digital roadmaps to enable an effective launch of new brands. Manages investment in digital marketing and partners with IT to identify the right platforms and tools needed to achieve business objectives. Consumer Engagement:
Own consumer engagement along the path to purchase while collaborating with internal and external partners as additional capabilities are needed. Quality:
Ensures the quality of work, products and services as a first priority; complies or exceeds all regulatory compliance standards and ensures accuracy of communication as it relates to promotional materials. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Develop enhanced customer and product insights in partnership with our Commercial, R&D and Consumer Market Knowledge partners Build and/or refine digital platforms and executions to enhance consumer experience and facilitate learning optimization Partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment across functional areas Prove ROI of digital channels for each new product/brand launch Develop robust analytics and test measurement strategies Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all promoted products Work with external advertising agencies as applicable Manage Digital Marketing execution direct reports KEY COMPETENCIES Passion:

Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels and tools Social Media (Facebook, Instagram via FB Business Manager, Tik Tok, Snapchat) Paid Search & Shopping (Google via Google Ads) Email Marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar) Landing Page Creation (Unbounce or similar) Google Analytics Qualifications REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree or higher is required. Degree in business or a science-related field is preferred Minimum 10 years of digital marketing experience Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with social media, paid search (customer acquisition), and email marketing specifically. PREFERRED:
Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics; Experience with Unbounce, Webflow, or similar platforms recommended. Experience managing a team of direct reports preferred Strong communication and presentation skills Strong analytic skills. Proficiency in Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
Salary Range:
$200K -- $250K
Minimum Qualification
Brand Marketing & Management, Digital Marketing & Social MediaEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
