DESCRIPTION Procter & Gamble Corporate Functions IT, Information Security, is seeking a motivated and skilled IT professional to join our vulnerability management team. The VMS manager is responsible for maintaining a corporate-wide system that delivers reports of identified vulnerabilities, determining their criticality levels, as well as reporting on remediation progress to the relevant stakeholders. They provide guidance and support to our corporately managed IT asset management teams, asset/application owners, and business/technical leaders (BISLs/TISLs) in support of the vulnerability identification and remediation program. This role operates across the entire P&G IT ecosystem, with a key focus of identifying, categorizing, and eliminating risk to all IT assets. The role requires the ability and curiosity to learn IT security tools, manage/organize large amounts of data, and being able to concisely communicate the status and actions needed for remediation. RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that VMS meets business expectations regarding performance, function, and reporting; And is designed to utilize components and technologies in such way that secures its consistency with agreed service catalog and service level Monitor the service delivery and operations in terms of meeting the SLA and agreed actions regarding continuous service improvement and solution adoption Manage VMS Service Operations - Process Improvements / Automation / POC / Innovations / Associated Tools Facilitate adoption of the solution, ensuring proper coverage, and Go-to-Market Plan for new capabilities Communicate and deliver findings monthly to clients and key stakeholders Assist the business with understanding and the management of risk associated with discovered vulnerabilities Escalate when needed to include creation of Archer issues Prepare and maintain the solution roadmap and consult with the InfoSec system architect Draft the budget allowing to deliver the agreed solution roadmap Participate in definition of the requirements towards the solution and ensure they are aligned with business expectations Consult and approve the solution design to ensure that it provides required functionality, capacity, and availability Evaluate change requests and ensure they receive required authorization Deliver agreed actions toward service improvement especially in terms of solution's capacity and availability Maintain solution roadmap, solution health, including defining & monitoring solution KPIs Manage solution TCO (understand and track full cost of solution:
HW, SW, licensing, hosting, vendor, headcount, support, etc.) along with project financial management iRisk, MEGA, and BIA system/application owner Create, maintain, execute ITCP/DR plans along with end user training Be aware, know the owners, and support models for OS, versions, patches/updates, and hardening procedures Expand the service to incorporate synergies of web (PSAT), bug bounty, and mobile scanning corporate solutions Qualifications BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical/IT field and/or at least 3 years of relevant experience. Strong system and analytical skills with the ability to leverage complex data to identify opportunities, recognize problems, and draw logical conclusions. Ability to provide customer-facing support in a professional manner. Familiarity with multiple operating systems, minimally Windows and Linux. Understanding of network architecture or how networks operate in general. Willingness to obtain the Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification within 18 months. P&G provides study preparation and exam cost coverage. Work preference from the Warsaw, Poland Procter & Gamble office location or Cincinnati GO PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior work experience working in Information Security IT Related Certifications, including but not limited to:
CISSP, CISM, Network+, Cisco Understanding security vulnerabilities and vulnerability management tools
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
IT Security, Technology ManagementEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
