Certified Pharmacy Technician - Part Time, Evenings, and up to $1,250 bonus!

As a TriHealth Pharmacy Technician, you will play an integral role in the pharmacy operations.
Under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, you will assists the pharmacist in the distribution of medications to patients in the hospital (inpatient and outpatient units, emergency room, and operating room).

Other responsiblities include, but not limited to:

  • Distribution of medications, includes but is not limited to, selecting, counting, compounding, packing, labeling, and delivering medications to the units.
  • Proficient in accessing and viewing the electronic health record and utilizing pharmacy automated systems.
  • Work in multiple areas of the pharmacy to maintain competency and broaden skills for all areas of the job scope.

Minimum Requirements for this position as follow:

Education:

  • High School Degree or GED

Licensure/ Certification:

  • Active National Pharm Tech Cert (CPhT) is required.
    Approved cert is through Pharm Tech Cert Board (PCTB) and ExCPT Cert by the National Healthcareer Association.
  • Active registration with the Ohio Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
