About the job:
We're seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead software development projects for our internal stakeholders and help guide less experienced analysts. This includes guiding our internal stakeholders to transform our proprietary business software technology, identifying digital transformation opportunities, optimizing processes, and transforming business ideas into technology solutions. You will manage a portfolio of projects from conception to implementation. This is a pivotal role where your expertise will contribute to our continued growth and success. You will be the primary interface between our internal stakeholders and the software development team in Vietnam. This position spends most of its time at our Norwood, OH facility with an option to work from home some days.
Base Salary expectation $95k-$109k, based on experience
What a typical day would look like:
You will be focused on technological innovation and continuous improvement across all departments and technology systems.
Lead and deliver medium to large projects for our retail-focused internal and ecommerce systems from start to finish, on time and under budget.
Develop a full understanding of our enterprise business model, strategy, and operations.
Build relationships and collaborate with internal stakeholders from team members to executives.
Lead requirements gathering sessions and document user stories, acceptance criteria, solution designs, test cases in Azure DevOps and project management.
Create and prioritize product roadmap with a focus on Minimum Viable Products
Set milestones and deadlines, meetings, and information to push project completion.
Lead concept and design meetings, providing recommendations on solutions including UI/UXI designs.
Mentor and guide junior analysts on the team.
What you will bring to the team:
Degree in Computer or Information Science, Business, or equivalent practical experience

years experience as a business analyst or software product owner
Proven track record as a senior Business Analyst delivering enterprise projects that are the technology backbone of most departments within an ecommerce industry.

years experience in project management
Experience collaborating with offshore developers.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including building trust across teams.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
