Are you ready to build your career by joining a global chemical company? If so, our client is hiring a Logistics Specialist! What You'll Do:
Will execute a high volume of SAP transactions while demonstrating above average ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
Create stock transfer orders to support reverse logistics (product returns).
Collaborate with Customer Service team to ensure that return orders are processed on time and with careful accuracy.
Investigate third party warehouse inventory discrepancies and provide operational support for the warehouse inventory reconciliation process.
Perform the re-name of batch/lot codes to correct inventory master data.
Process freight invoices that have been rejected from third party audit while carefully adhering to timeline expectations.
Investigate root causes for freight invoice errors to eliminate future rejections or to improve the overall process.
Deliver safe, reliable, and cost-efficient logistics solutions that serve our customers and business.
Share innovative and sustainable solutions with partners and stakeholders.
Ensure accurate inventory at third party warehouses and bulk terminals.
Support service providers to ensure high quality deliveries to customers.
Present a professional face to the customer at delivery to promote a best-in-class image.
Provide first quality logistics expertise to internal business groups.
Assure that service provider payments are timely and accurate - Coordinate with carriers to set up and change loading appointments.
What You Bring:
Recent experience directly supporting Supply Chain Operations and Logistics.
SAP experience is a plus, but not required.
Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SAP discrepancies and issues.
