The Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business trends, financial oversight, insightful analysis, and proactive recommendations to improve and forecast financial performance.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Lead monthly financial analysis of P&L and Balance Sheet, to include Sales & Price, Supply Chain & Manufacturing Plants, and SG&A.
Partner with accounting teams during monthly close process to provide support and guidance.
Generate and distribute monthly financial reports in an accurate and timely manner.
Translate business results with easy to comprehend insights and KPIs.
Proactively communicate with business leaders in annual budgeting process and act as a subject matter expert for managers.
Own the Sales Bid Process for Finance Other forecasting and ad-hoc financial project support as needed Qualifications Include:
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Accounting & Finance, MBA is a plus.

years Financial or Supply Chain Analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment Strong problem solving and analytical skills Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skill Attention to detail Microsoft Office with strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint ERP Experience (JD Edwards Preferred) Exposure to Business Intelligence/Query/Financial Reporting tools Occasional domestic travel potentially required Why Work at Standard Textile:
