To Apply for this Job Click Here Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced candidate for a hybrid IP Legal Assistant/Paralegal position with a full service law firm in its office in Cincinnati, Ohio.
This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits.
The working hours are 8:
00am - 4:
30pm.
The Legal Assistant/Paralegal will be responsible for assisting with the firm's growing patent prosecution practice with a mix of IP focused and administrative duties.
Duties include but aren't limited to:
Preparing various trademark and patent documents and filing same with the USPTO Coordination of foreign filings including corresponding with clients and foreign associates Monitoring dockets and preparing status reports for internal and client use Conducting due diligence on client portfolios Preparing expense reports and tracking client payments
Qualifications:
2
years of IP experience, preferably patent and trademark Experience with the USPTO and MS Office Strong writing skills and attention to detail This client offers flexible hybrid work schedules, competitive salaries, and generous PTO and benefits.
