Job DescriptionJob Overview:
This position does the following:
Serves as laboratory liaison for an extensive variety of customers receiving services from TriHealth; This position must demonstrate resourcefulness and teamwork and hold a comprehensive knowledge of hospital services; Responsible for proper labeling, aliquoting, packaging and tracking of specimens through entire TriHealth Laboratory system and dispatching specimens to the appropriate referral laboratory; Responsibilities include making and receiving telephone calls to/from customers of TriHealth to provide diagnostic laboratory services, gather necessary data for service and billing, to answer questions and resolve issues; Responsible for the completion of paperwork to meet compliance guidelines set by the OIG which include the accurate interpretation and transcription of physician orders and LIS/HIS order entry; Procures quality specimens from adult, geriatric, pediatric and infant patients for diagnostic testing according to CLIA, JCAHO and CAP guidelines.
Job Requirements:
High School Degree or GED Knowledge of laboratory terminology Specimen handling Data entry Windows software HIS and LIS 1-2 years experience in hospital lab setting Job

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
