In this position you will work directly with the customer in the commercial construction industry to identify needs and offer solutions to them.
Common customers include, but are not limited to, educational and hospital facilities.

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales budgetDevelop relationships with current customer baseGrow customer base through prospecting and cold callingProblem solve and troubleshoot the needs of the customerContinuously learn and expand product knowledgeMaintain a fluid line of communication through the quote/order life cycle with internal departments, vendors, and the customer
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree plus 1-3 years of outside sales experience, or a combination of experience and educationStrong written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills and computer skillsAbility to handle basic math problems and read measurement toolsMechanical aptitude and interest a plusValid driver's license and good driving record

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
