Remote Hris Analyst
An employer in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Remote HRIS Functional Analyst.
This person will be responsible for working with with Business Users to gather and communicate IT Business requirements, coordinating and executing system testing with users, performing system testing and data validations and executing ongoing compliance reporting for core HR functions.
They will oversee mass data uploads including organizational updates and acquisition data and consistently monitor system performance and identify processes that need improvement - Experience with BI Software (Oracle BI Publisher) - 5
Years of Oracle HCM Cloud or Fusion Experience - Functional support and strategy experience regarding HR operations - Oracle Cloud Human Resource Implementation Experience - Experience with Organization Trees - Benefits/Compensation & Performance Experience - Experience with Implementation/Testing and Support of the Application Recommended Skills Bi Publisher Business Intelligence Business Requirements Human Resources Human Resources Information System (Hris) Oracle Applications Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
