Workday HRIS Analyst

CommuniCare Health Services is looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to join our team.
This position has an option to work remotely but should be located within the EST time zone.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Use the Workday Community site to troubleshoot and identify ways to better utilize the system.

Prepare and deliver Workday reports to stakeholders across the company.

Serve as primary contact for all Workday questions, issue resolution, and password resets.

Serve as primary liaison with third party technical support to manage all support needs.
Must be able to provide specific directions to technical support.

Participate in Workday configuration and testing process.

Continually research, test ,and stay up-to-date on all Workday updates, fixes, and capabilities.

Support critical system maintenance and operational tasks within Workday.

Ensure that our internal customers issues and requests are addressed within documented SLAs.

Understand and translate the priorities of the business while integrating HR value proposition and strategies to meet the needs of the business.

Partner with HR Tech to deliver and test system integrations.

Manage configuration of the Workday system while providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME) to partner teams.

Maintain up to date documentation and controls.

Proficient in creating and updating simple integrations, configurations and loading of data via the appropriate system method (e.
g.
EIB).

Identify functional gaps in existing processes or operations when business needs change and provide solutions.

Evaluate incoming requests from HR, Finance, IT, and other groups, identify appropriate solutions, and execute on them.

Troubleshoot HRIS issues and errors.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree
PHR or SHRM certification preferred
Typically at least 5 years of HR Systems administration, preferably with a Tier 1 solutionMinimum of 3
years of focused Workday HCM configuration experience within multiple disciplines (HCM, Time and Absence and Compensation preferred)
Minimum of 2-3 years HRIS software and systems experience required, 1 year specifically in Workday enterprise system
Workday experience with an emphasis on administration, relational database management and report writing
Experience designing, testing, deploying, and supporting Time, and Absence functionality in a complex environment
Advanced Microsoft Excel expertise
Experience performing data loads and audits of complicated data
Functional working knowledge of HR and Payroll processes a plus
Workday reporting functionality; report writer calculated fields
Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws
Ability to make data-driven recommendations, understand competing business priorities, and make prudent trade-offs while driving results to deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills and ability to interface directly with company leaders
Excellent attention to detail, ability to consistently provide accurate data
Possesses a strong work ethic for working with and maintaining confidential information
Ability to prioritize work and deliver in a fast-paced environment
Creative problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language
Ability to handle multiple and diverse objectives in a fast paced environment.
