We are looking for an experienced Clinical Informatics BI Manager, who will be part of the Business Intelligence team.
Were looking for you to bring your clinical & BI experience and leadership to our growing analytics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, leading, and managing the delivery of our Clinical reporting.
An ideal candidate in this role will apply proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and experience and knowledge of best practices to continue developing our analytics capabilities as well as managing and leading a team.
What you bring to the table and why we need you! Subject matter expertise and deep experience leveraging Clinical data to improve operations and outcomes Demonstrable data analysis and data mining skills (SQL, DAX, Data Modeling, etc.
) Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Understanding of reporting and business intelligence best practices Data visualization skills within Power BI (or other data visualization suite) Good understanding of BI concepts (e.
g.
, data governance, data lineage tools, data management, data modeling, data cleansing, data extraction and transformation (ELT/ETL), and data analysis) Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Health Informatics, Computer Science or related Masters degree preferred (e.
g.
, Health Informatics, Public Health) 7
years of experience in a Clinical setting, leveraging clinical data to deliver reporting and/or other analytic solutions 4
years of experience with Microsoft BI Stack or combination of relevant technologies Solid understanding of BI concepts, and the ability to articulate these concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Experience in business data modeling, metadata structure and business subject areas for key business processes Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum framework (preferred) Medpace Overview :
