Marketing Coordinator

The TechSolve Marketing Team is seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
This high energy and challenging role will support the content creation and execution of TechSolve's marketing communications, website management, social media campaigns and events.
As the primary liaison between company and third-party marketing organizations, the candidate must be well organized and have strong writing skills as well as a clear understanding of content marketing tactics.
Daily responsibilities will include supporting event management and creating content and assets for TechSolve's social media, blog, email marketing, advertising campaigns, etc.
The successful candidate will have a high level of creativity, attention to detail and strong time management skills.
Marketing Communications:
o Support preparation and scheduling of weekly marketing communications media and messaging including social media, email, website copy, etc.
Event Planning and Production:
o Assist in all aspects of planning events, event coordination, and execution, including research, site visits and supporting the close out of all events.
Campaign Support:
o Prepare creative assets and content for use in marketing campaigns.
Including but not limited to awareness, lead generation and relationship nurturing campaigns through inbound and outbound marketing, social media, paid media, email marketing campaigns, etc.

The candidate will coordinate efforts and maintain an active communication line with external parties to ensure the success of marketing programs and projects.
Website:
o Assist in creation of new content and assets for TechSolve's WordPress website.
o Analyze industry search trends, and research industry specific topics and SEO best practices for blog content.
o Assist in optimized content development to drive organic website traffic and conversations.
Reporting & Analytics:
o Measure results and optimize marketing communications efforts.
Including, recording, and analyzing social posts and page/profile analytics, including identifying repost and response/comment opportunities.
Requirements QUALIFICATIONS o Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing & Design Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a relevant field/experience.
o Minimum of 1-3 years of progressive and relevant experience, preferably in the B2B space.
This role operates within a professional services / consultancy environment with program and project management.
REQUIRED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES o Demonstrated passion for and command of best practices and trends in content marketing and communications.
o Must be able to anticipate project needs, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
o Excellent communicator and creative thinker.
o Comfortable working both independently and in collaborative team settings.
o Takes initiative to work through ambiguity and effectively problem solve.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
) o Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
) PREFERRED SKILLS o Knowledge of communication strategies for various marketing applications and social media platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.
o Working understanding of best practices for SEO.
o Experience creating written content for social media platforms (including Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
