Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for working closely with internal 84.
51 product owners and business users to understand requirements, translate those into test cases, execute those test cases, and track progress and defects for testing.
Minimum Skills required:

oFamiliarity with Agile frameworks oBachelors in Computer Science or related field is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
oWorking knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
Position Specific Skill Preferences/Desires:
oMinimum of 4 years of experience in the role as a QA testing analyst.
oSQL knowledge is a plus.
oExperience in using automated testing tools is a plus.
oExperience in Salesforce and Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Work closely with product owners and business users to review and understand requirements specifications.
Develop test plans and test cases to ensure requirements traceability.
Execute test cases are regression test cases and document results.
Document and track software defects and ensure that they are resolved properly and in a timely manner.
Work with product owners and business users to discuss requirements questions.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure coding standards are being followed and determine the right solutions for resolving defects.
Assist in user acceptance testing.
Establish and document testing processes.
