Act as first line of support for external independent contractors for Carrier Onboarding/Management functions Screen new Motor Carrier applications against company requirements for approval.
Input Motor Carrier information into the companies computer system and setup monitoring functions on external websites.
Review and update Motor Carrier files with updated documents or information.
Communicate with Motor Carriers or company agents (primarily through email) regarding incomplete applications or reason for denial.
Provide excellent customer service via phone and email Ensure data entry is accurate and follows protocol Properly utilize and manage ticketing system Work independently Preferred Skills Attention to detail Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner and proactively seek solutions Remain level headed and calm during stressful agent interactions Have excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional benefits Free Gym Access Free Parking Cell Phone Stipend Hybrid working environment available after a waiting period.
