In this role you'll manage your own sales pipeline, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue for the company.
You'll work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions available.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong passion for sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and their needs - Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships - Presentation, selling and negotiating skills - Excellent Time Management - Estimating and job costing - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage your own sales pipeline effectively - Knowledge of roofing products, industry standards, and installation processes is preferred.
- Ability to travel when needed.
Primary
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and target potential commercial property owners - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process - Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their unique requirements - Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to educate customers on the benefits and features - Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotes and proposals, ensuring a clear understanding of pricing, terms and conditions - Control/manage budget and expenses.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers and sub-contractor installation crews, to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction - Negotiate and close sales agreements, meeting and exceeding sales targets to drive revenue growth for the company.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new roofing and building material technologies to provide insights and recommendations to the team - Utilize CRM software to track and manage sales activities - Continuously enhance product knowledge through product manufacturers - Some travel may be required.
Realistic first year six-figure earning potential.
Uncapped commission rate after first 90 days in job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
