Delta has been retained to conduct a search to fill the above position for a confidential client in their Cincinnati, Ohio office.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
Construction industry knowledge and/or experience preferred
Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
Highest commitment to customer service, development and satisfaction
Skilled in handling phone traffic, scheduling appointments, greeting applicants, administering pre-employment assessments and coordinating application paperwork; administering post-offer drug screens and conducting background checks; new hire orientation, setup and maintain compliance of al field employee personnel files, as needed
Self-motivated, goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Must be a people person outgoing & positive attitude
Must comfortable contacting potential qualified candidates for specific job openings
Experience with writing and placing job advertising in various media outlets
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs and intranet usage
Must be able to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference and volume
Demonstrate a commitment to individual accountability and assume ownership for supervised departments
Bilingual skills a plus
Valid driver's license and a car that can be used for work
Stable employment history
COMPENSATION:
