We are seeking qualified candidates for our Cincinnati Regional Growth Manager position. As part of our Marketing & Strategy group, the Regional Growth Manager is responsible for driving our regional market position and growth, as well as some firmwide areas of focus.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Serve as the proactive catalyst, resource and point-of-contact for lawyers and staff in the Cincinnati office for the Firm's business development activities. Work with office leadership to develop an annual business plan and corresponding budget; develop strategies focusing on business base growth and drive the execution of those efforts in the office, as well as assisting in budget management. Conduct research and analysis to enhance understanding of the market and opportunities, as well as support client development. Assist lawyers with proposals and all supporting activities related to business development outreach in the office. Identify and facilitate promotional opportunities including public speaking, publishing, newsworthy topics, events, sponsorships, etc. Manage regional events, seminars, sponsorships and conferences. Lead and manage one or more areas of firmwide Marketing & Strategy responsibility, as identified.
Qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, and at least four years applicable experience. Legal industry or professional services marketing and business development experience a plus. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, able to prioritize and multitask, and work collaboratively across the organization
