Position Description Responsible for aiding the Relationship Management team to increase production and customer retention in order to meet the goals of the organization. Utilizes advanced knowledge to support a broad range of clients, from moderate to complex. Analyze technical issues utilizing advanced knowledge of Vantiv Product offerings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with other RM Associates to monitor Relationship Management global e-mail queue, in order to respond to merchant/client correspondence and perform requested maintenance on client accounts.
Perform complex maintenance of assigned accounts, such as modifying merchant's settlement rules.
Maintain a strong and productive working relationship with Relationship Management, RM Management team, Legal and Vantiv Line of Business.
Gain an in-depth understanding of interchange, chargebacks and pin debit adjustments.
Build Business Object reports to be utilized by internal and external customers.
Train Relationship Management Team on how to build Business Objects reports.
Provide assistance to and serve as an escalation contact for a Vantiv RM Associate.
Identify customer issues/problems and escalate appropriately.
Conceptualize areas for process improvement and work with the appropriate individuals to document and implement.
Participate in the design of project scope, project plan, work assignments, target dates and other aspects of assigned projects.
Research and monitor data integrity statistics to ensure compliance with Network Regulations.
Create customer presentations and assist with preparation of customer proposals.
Engage Product, Legal, IT and Operations teams as appropriate to identify and define opportunities to develop or enhance product features and functionalities by participating in-group discussions on enhancements such as Online Application (OLA) and Merchant Database (MDS).

Minimum of 4 years of industry related experience.
Proficient with various data management tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Online Application (OLA), Merchant Database (MDS), GEAC and Business Objects.
In-depth knowledge of Interchange surcharges, chargebacks, and pin debit adjustments.
Ability to work under pressure with tight time frames.
Knowledge of Vantiv Product offerings.
